Cascade Estates LLP

Cascade Estates LLP is a joint venture between Knight Property Group and LTL Properties. Established in 1978, Knight Property Group has a wide portfolio of high quality office, commercial and industrial properties available for let and for sale across Scotland. Knight’s properties range in size from 300 to 100,000 sq.ft, are modern in design, equipped with excellent facilities, and are set in desirable locations.

LTL properties is a Glasgow based company set up in 2002 by John White and Andrew Templeton, formerly of the Ptarmigan Partnership. LTL has focused mainly on retail investment and development in a growing portfolio of properties from the North of Scotland down as far south as Stockport. In conjunction with Joint Venture partners is expanding into other commercial and industrial ventures nationwide.
